Caitlín McErlean has been at Cloudwater Brew Co. for about a year. In December 2021 McErlean, 26, became the first woman in the UK to successfully complete a Level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship.

The two Beer Idiots had a debate er...argument about who could make the best carbonades flamandes. So we had a cook-off.

Outer Range, a US craft brewery in Frisco, Colorado is building a brewery at the foothills of the French Alps, thus staying true to its mountain roots. The Beer Idiots talked with Lee Cleghorn in Brussels to discuss his plans to brew in Europe and how his Belgian roots has guided his brewing philosophy.

This is the second video in the Beer Idiots attempt to out do each other in the best carbonade flamande. This is Ahmed's version. Coming up next is a session with two diplomatic tasting judges and some frites.

Our two judges, Hannah and Bas, give us their decision in an afternoon of tasting Dieter and Ahmed's versions of flemish stew, or stoofvlees or carbonnades flamandes, or just carbonade flamande, depending on where you live and what language you speak.
