Juguetes Perdidos: Argentina’s craft pioneers

0

Ricardo Aftyka, brewer and co-founder of Argentina’s Juguetes Perdidos talks about how he, Rodrigo Lorán and Sergio Picciani founded the Buenos Aires brewery in 2014. Now, he has found love in Spain, while giving the brewery a foothold in Europe.

Aftyka and Lorán were members of Somos Cerveceros, founded in 2008 as one of the first clubs in Argentina of home brewers.

In 2015 they opened their brewery in Buenos Aires; later on they opened a taproom. The Beer Idiots caught up with Aftyka at Wanderlust this year to discover what he’s doing in Spain (love and beer) and the plans ahead for Juguetes Perdidos.
