0

Adam Huml of Zichovec brewery in Louny, Czechia talks about the micro-brewery, where constant growth since the first brew in 2010 has catapulted it into the top echelons of the craft sector.

Huml works in sales for Zichovec, which was born from an idea Ivan Husák presented to his family in 2010.

The family-owned brewery was founded in 2012 in Zichovec, located near the town of Slaný. Ales and experiments with barrel ageing.

Growth led to a move to a new building in 2016. Ivan’s sons Ondřej and Jan took over the management and widened the portfolio to about 60 different brews.
