Taratata: chef Tom Bollen dishes out about beer


Tom Bollen is a chef at restaurant Taratata in Hasselt, Belgium. In an interview with the Beer Idiots Bollen talks about combining a love of Belgian beer and local produce. The Michelin Guide says “the hip interior of Taratata is perfectly paired with chefs Christophโ€™s and Tom Bollenโ€™s culinary talents. The flavours of seasonal produce are enhanced by unusual combinations and delicious textures. We recommend kicking off the meal with a ginger lemonade.” We are all for that, as well.
