Sládek has made his name as one of the upcoming superstar brewers for sour beer and part of the growing craft scene in the Czech Republic.

We talked to Sládek at the Brasserie de la Sambre’s first Saison & Farmhouse beers festival on 18 to 19 June 2022 at Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Belgium. Photos here.

We also interviewed Bob Montgomery of Hill Farmstead at the festival.
