1 year ago, we launched DANSAERT, our program of spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers, aged in barrels.

It’s been more than half a century since there was a new brewery dedicated to spontaneous fermentation in Brussels. We love playing with this magical yeast, working with local farmers & makers and bringing our fresh take to such a wonderful world of beer.

Join us to celebrate the DANSAERT 1-year anniversary and discover our latest lambics around a food pairing. Designed by our friends from the well-known Ötap restaurant, enjoy a 4-course menu, including 4 of our most-loved/exclusive beers from DANSAERT.
