Brewer’s Delight #39: UNCHARTED Brew Co.

A bar – STATION 1280 – a homebrewer – BRWBRD – meet during the gloomy summer of 2020, in between depressing lockdowns, sat (drank) together and spoke about dreams. Both loving to discover, brew and share craft beer. And discovered a shared ambition to one day start a craft brewery/taproom in the centre of our beloved city. Cursed with an unquenchable thirst for excitement, they decided that the time is now. Uncharted means sharing the excitement of the unknown, independence, freedom, ignoring barriers, choosing the road less traveled, living off the beaten path,…They want Uncharted to be a hub for anyone who loves or wants to discover their love for fresh craft beer. Ever since, they have been brewing some of the best beer in Belgium, undiscussed! And they are coming to Brussels!
