Marek Kamiński, co-founder and president of the Polish Craft Brewers Association talks about his brews under the label of Browar Kingpin

Kingpin Brewery was founded in 2014 by Kamiński, Bartosz Kluczyński, both from Poznań, and Michał Kopik, who is from Warsaw.

The brewery began operating in August 2014, debuting on the market with two beers: Rocknrolla, an American Pale Ale style with the addition of bitter Curaçao orange peel and lemon verbena leaves, and Berserker a Black India Pale Ale with the addition of heather, jasmine and sweet orange peel.

In November 2017, the brewery ended brewing with Browar Niechanowo. In the first half of 2019, the brewery offered several brews brewed in the newly established Browar Sady, and from May 2019 it began brewing at Browar Błonie, while continuing its cooperation with Browar Zarzecze. Currently, the brewery’s beers are produced in Browar Zarzecze and Browar Błonie.

Kamiński is a graduate of the Kraków School of Brewing at the Faculty of Food Technology of the University of Agriculture in Kraków. He is also an international beer judge.
