We’re continuing our ongoing series of tasting events. After En Stoemelings funky bottles, Champagne and method we bring you an introductive evening around Ciders.
Why? Well because we mostly underestimate the possible variations of cider. We see it as a rather sweet alcoholic beverage with apples that is great as a summer drink or an old school, farm smelling drink we bring home from a vacation in normandie. But you would be wrong, cider has the same complexity and variation as beer and wine , you just need to give it a try
We will be trying 7 ciders and a perry going from medium to extra brut, from barrel aged to wild ferment and from monovarietal to blended.
Extra: One of the importers (Terroirist) will be joining and sharing their personal journey in the world of Ciders.
