L’Amoureux – Triple Release Party

L ‘Amoureux is a pale ale fermented in stainless steel tanks and in an Italian cask that previously contained Sangiovese. The end of fermentation and the 6-month maturation in a foeder allowed the native yeasts to develop while bringing fruity and winey aromas which offer a whole other dimension to this pale lightning pale.
We made 3 versions, each cold hopped with a different hop.

* Nelson Sauvin
Official release on February 14 at the brasserie’s taproom, at L’Ermitage Saint-Gilles and at our friends’ house in Blaes, for our first tap takeover in the country of Liège.
For the event, the 3 versions will be available at the taproom and the Hermitage Saint-Gilles.
Boxes including the 3 versions in 75cl bottles will also be available (only on-site at the brewery).
