Manuela comes to Chez Bobonne with brewery Ça Brasse Pour Moi

Bobonne’s duet with Beer Dinners (aka Manuela) offers you once again a menu 5 service in Beer Pairing with a guest who will share their passion as much as their experience the Brewery that brews for me 🙂

On the menu :
1 ° Service: American tartare revisited with a mayo ice cream

2 ° Service: Tart Tatin with chicory, crunchy ham, and salty cheese whipped cream

3 ° Service: (Main course): Vol-au-vents with mussels

4 ° Service: (Dessert): Chocolate cake and beer + seasonal fruits. (Blackberries)

Mignardise + coffee:

and 5 beers in tasting as accompaniment (15cl).
